1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of Errakui Holding LTD ("Company", "we", "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Services Description

Errakui Holding LTD provides technology consulting and development services including:

• AI and Machine Learning solutions
• Blockchain and Web3 development
• FinTech applications
• Enterprise SaaS platforms
• Mobile application development
• Digital transformation consulting

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Cooperate in good faith during project development
• Make timely payments as agreed
• Provide necessary access and resources
• Respect intellectual property rights

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Custom-developed solutions become the property of the client upon full payment
• Pre-existing Company intellectual property remains our property
• Third-party components are subject to their respective licenses
• Company retains the right to use general knowledge and experience gained

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are established in individual project agreements. Generally:

• Projects require an initial deposit
• Payments are due within 30 days of invoice
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• Disputed charges must be raised within 30 days

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Errakui Holding LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination:

• All outstanding payments become due immediately
• Each party retains its respective intellectual property
• Confidentiality obligations survive termination

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of London, England.
